The location of Residenza Ca' San Marco is marvelous and fantastic, just a short walk to Saint Mark's Square. The guest room with a jacuzzi bath was fantastic, and the bedding was fresh.

What a gem! The location of this hotel is absolutely incredible, just a short walk away from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. I loved being able to easily explore the city without hurting my feet. The room I stayed in, 106, had a breathtaking view of the canal and a balcony to enjoy it from. And let's not forget the jacuzzi tub, which was the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I will definitely be back to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend Residenza Ca' San Marco for its amazing location and convenient amenities.

Very good location and quite reasonable price as to Venice

Our stay at Residenza Ca' San Marco was absolutely charming. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised by the unique layout of our room, with a view into the top side of another building, giving us a glimpse into the authentic Venetian life. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the view of a neighboring wall and the cool temperature in the room, we found these to be insignificant compared to the overall experience. We would highly recommend Residenza Ca' San Marco to anyone visiting Venice. we had a wonderful time and would gladly return in the future.

Great location, close to many things in the city. The rooms were not big but big enough to be comfortable. Also, this hotel is great if you want to be centrally located and you plan to spend little time in the room as most of the time should be spent exploring the city!

Excellent place however hard to find. Google maps was pointing to the wrong address. We had to call the hotel and ask for directions.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in a random alleyway. The prices are incredibly reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Rialto bridge, allowing easy access to all the main attractions.

exceptionally comfortable beds, a balcony, a lounge and a kitchen area in the room. smooth check-in, parking in the main building. had free wi-fi throughout the property. the location in the heart of the city. also, between the two so very central for sightseeing.
